We are proud to announce that we have been recognized by the Center for Sustainable Materials Management (CSMM) as part of the newest cohort of organizations pursuing TRUE Certification and Pre-certification for Zero Waste through the Certify Circularity New York (C2NY) Program.
What is TRUE Certification?
The Total Resource Use and Efficiency (TRUE) rating system provides a comprehensive framework for facilities, construction sites, and events to eliminate waste and adopt sustainable, circular practices. To achieve certification, organizations must demonstrate a minimum of 90% diversion from landfills and incineration, a benchmark that pushes participants toward lasting systems change.
Through the C2NY program, Monaghan and other leading organizations receive both technical and financial support—including TRUE Advisor training—to develop innovative waste diversion strategies and set new standards for environmental stewardship.
