“Do not Track” and Third Party Use

We do honor “do not track” signals and do not track, use cookies, or use advertising when a “do not track” mechanism is in place.

However, we do use third-party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and UserMaven, strictly for website analytics and improvement, as described.

Opt-out Preference Signals
In addition to the privacy controls described above, Monaghan recognizes Global Privacy Control signals where legally required. A Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) is a browser setting that a user can set in order to send a signal to each website visited regarding the user’s privacy preferences, such as not to share or sell user’s Personal Information. If your browser or browser extension has GPC enabled, the Services will automatically recognize that signal and opt you out of the sale of your Personal Information. We use third-party services such as YouTube to embed videos. While we take steps to limit tracking (e.g., using youtube-nocookie.com and cookie-blocking tools), these services may still collect data or set cookies when you interact with embedded content, even if you have opted out of cookies or enabled Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals.

Your Rights as a California Resident
Under California law, individuals who are California residents have specific rights regarding their Personal Information. These rights are subject to certain exceptions. When required, we will respond to most requests within 45 days unless it is reasonably necessary to extend the response time.

Your Rights under California’s Shine the Light Act

We do not intentionally disclose Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. However, our use of certain analytics services, such as Microsoft Clarity, may result in third parties collecting data about your interactions with our website. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. To the extent legally permitted, we require you to provide an authorized agent with written permission to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require that you verify your identity directly.
