• AeroChamber Plus® VHC provides consistent, high performance aerosol drug delivery across a wide range of formulations  The unique, integrated valve and baffle "Flow Dynamic System" enhances fine particle dose delivery to the lungs.  As an example, during laboratory testing AeroChamber Plus® VHC delivered a fine particle dose of Serevent® pMDI (GlaxoSmithKline) equivalent to the substantially larger Volumatic® VHC (GlaxoSmithKline).  In separate testing AeroChamber Plus® VHC delivered over 30% more fine particle dose of Combivent® pMDI (Boehringer-Ingelheim) ,  Proventil® HFA pMDI (Key Pharmaceuticals) and Flovent® pMDI (GlaxoSmithKline) than the OptiChamber® VHC (Respironics). 
• The sensitivity and resistance of the AeroChamber Plus® VHC valve is designed to operate at minimal resistance thresholds.  
• AeroChamber Plus® VHC utilizes a 149-ml. chamber that is made from a unique, flexible, shatter resistant polymer blend, which improves aerodynamics and facilitates particle size selectivity to provide the maximum fine particle dose to the patient. AeroChamber Plus® VHC also significantly reduces the amount of coarse particles that are more likely to deposit in the upper respiratory tract and can be associated with candidiasis and hoarseness.
• The patented FLOWSIGnal® whistle in the AeroChamber Plus® VHC encourages proper inspiratory maneuvers for optimum therapeutic performance.
• Exhalation is directed away from the patient's eyes for optimum delivery safety. Certain formulations might cause unwanted ocular side effects if there is contact with the aerosolized medication.
